OUR Program

We are dedicated to teaching the latest techniques in CPR so you have the tools needed to help during an emercency situation.

​

Our course is about 5 hours in length and teaches Adult, Child, an Infant CPR as well as the use of an AED ( automated external difibrillator) and basic First Aid.

There is no real age limit to learn. The only requirement is your ability to physically perform compressions of CPR. Compression is the act of pushing down on the chest to push blood through the body along with breathing into the victims airway.

These techniques along with others are required to obtain a HeartSaver course completion card that is good for 2 years.
